✔ Secure Valuables
Store cash, jewelry, important documents, and other valuables in a safe place before our team arrives.
✔ Provide Access
Ensure our team can easily access your home at the scheduled time. If you won’t be home, please arrange for a key, code, or lockbox access.
✔ Prepare Pets
For the safety of your pets and our cleaners, please secure pets in a safe area during the cleaning.
✔ Clear Countertops (Recommended)
Removing excess items from kitchen and bathroom countertops allows us to clean more thoroughly and efficiently.
✔ Notify Us of Special Requests
If there are areas requiring extra attention or specific products you’d like us to use or avoid, please let us know in advance.
✔ Ensure Utilities Are Available
Please make sure electricity and running water are available during your cleaning appointment.
✔ Reschedule if Needed
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice.
